How do I book a private chauffeur in Reims?
Enter your pick-up and drop-off addresses, or choose chauffeur hire, then select your time and the number of passengers. The price is displayed instantly. You confirm by paying a 30% deposit online, with the balance settled with your driver.
What are your rates?
For a single trip: 7 EUR pick-up fee, then 2 EUR per kilometre and 0,60 EUR per minute, with a 15 EUR minimum. Chauffeur hire: 280 EUR for a half-day (4 hours, 100 km included) and 520 EUR for a full day (8 hours, 200 km included). Surcharges apply at night, on weekends and on public holidays.
Do you serve the Paris airports?
Yes. We provide transfers to and from Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports, as well as the gare Champagne-Ardenne TGV and Reims Centre station.
Do you offer Champagne house tours?
Yes, with half-day or full-day chauffeur hire. Your driver takes you from house to house between Reims, Épernay and the vineyards, and waits for you on site.
Which areas do you serve?
Reims and the Grand Reims (Bétheny, Tinqueux, Cormontreuil), Épernay and the whole of Champagne, with travel possible throughout France.
How many passengers and bags can you carry?
Up to 3 passengers, 2 suitcases and 2 cabin bags, aboard a Toyota Corolla Touring.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. A baby seat, child seat and booster seat are provided free of charge; please specify your needs when booking to keep your children safe.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit is paid online by bank card at the time of booking, through a secure payment system. The balance is paid directly to your driver on the day of the trip.
Is the website available in my language?
Yes. The website and booking come in French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese. In person, communication is in French, helped by translation tools when needed.
